Subtyping App
Welcome to the Subtyping app developed by the E-DADS consortium! This app contains exampleas of different subtypes of AD in terms of brain atrophy, genetics and cognitive domains. By initailizing one of the example subjets you will be shown demographic information, a brain T13D MRI, the estimated progression of some AD_relevant biomarkers (Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE); Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale - 13 items (ADAS13)), volumes of hippocampi and ventricles and load of Amyloid-β and phosphorylated Tau (p-Tau) proteins), the description of the atrophy subtypes of the subject with the corresponding cognitive and genetic profile.
Atrophy subtypes of the subjects are daefined acooording to the SuStaIn and Snowphlake algorithms, please refer to Venkatraghavan et al, 2024 for further information!
